Horrible Customer Service. I dropped of 6 shirts for monogramming 2 weeks before thanksgiving. At the end of the 2nd week I went to pick up the shirts, and they never got to them. Didn't bother to call me to let me know this. I went back twice after that and they still weren't ready. Finally on my fourth visit, I went in and found that all shirts were ruined. The girl informed me that there machine broke. She said the owner would "make it right", but she wasnt in and that she would have her call me. A week and a half later, she never called. I finally went back for the FIFTH time, and she rudely told me she couldnt refund me the shirts SHE ruined without a reciept. Upon further discussion, she finally refunded me $70 for 6 shirts. Horrible, horrible customer service and monogramming!!!
